At Saint Joseph Church, we offer Children’s Liturgy of the Word (CLOW) for children ages 4 to 10 during the 9:30 AM Sunday Mass.

After the Opening Prayer, the celebrant invites the children to the front of the church, where they process to the chapel for a special celebration of the Word. There, they hear the Sunday readings in language they can understand, followed by an age-appropriate reflection and discussion.

Children return to the main assembly after the homily to continue the Mass with their families.

This ministry helps our youngest parishioners grow in faith by experiencing the Gospel in a way that speaks to them, respecting their spiritual lives and nurturing their participation in the liturgy.
