Altar Servers serve at the altar to assist the Presider at Mass. Altar servers serve at all weekend liturgies and special Masses throughout the year. Some of the tasks performed by the altar servers are: carrying the cross or candles in the processional and recessional, assisting the Presider with set-up of table for Eucharist.  Altar servers serve as little as once a month to every weekend at Mass.
