As stated in this year’s Diocesan Ministries Appeal theme, “Three Counties, One Family of Faith,” the impact of the Appeal can be felt in every corner of our Diocese. For instance, the Appeal helps support the following ministries and programs in Morris County: 

• Group residences for adults with disabilities in Parsippany, Oak Ridge and Succasunna; 
• Fix-It and Chore programs for low income homebound seniors and disabled veterans; 
• Homelessness Prevention Program; 
• Nazareth Village residence for diocesan senior priests, Chester; Mary’s Hands family assistance center and ESL classes, Morristown; 
• Services for veterans and their families; Assistance for people with HIV/ AIDS; Food pantry, Dover; Gruenert Center Day Habilitation program for adults with disabilities, Lake Hopatcong; treatment services for individuals struggling with addiction; Catholic Religious Education for Adults with Disabilities, Oak Ridge.
